Domestic workers in the UK are not covered by HASAWA (Health and Safety At Work Act) as The HASAWA says in the section 51 Excludes domestic workers from HASAWA and its provisions and The health and safety law has became an obstacle or an excuse of government refusal to ratify our domestic workers convention 189.
The purpose of our health and safety course not just to arm us with knowledge and skills but also to campaign forward.
